Approximately 5 business days from the day after your order (after payment confirmation via bank transfer) We will ship your order via courier service or Kuroneko Yu-Packet within approximately 5 business days .
*Please note that delivery may not be possible due to the delivery company's delivery status, natural disasters, inclement weather, other unavoidable circumstances, or traffic conditions.
Please allow the following number of days for delivery after shipment is completed.

Tohoku area, Kanto area, Hokuriku area

[Delivery will be made two days or more after shipping]
Hokkaido area, Tokai area, Kansai area, Chugoku area, Shikoku area, Kyushu area, Okinawa area. *Delivery to some remote islands may take longer.

Please allow 3 days to 1 week for delivery via Nekoposu (Japan Post's small parcel service). *Delivery to remote areas or islands may take longer.
If you are in a hurry, please select express delivery.

*If the package does not fit in your mailbox, it will be returned to the post office, but no delivery notice will be left. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check the tracking number and arrange for redelivery yourself.

* Please note that we cannot ship items with different order numbers together in the same package.

* If the product is returned due to an incorrect address provided during registration or because the storage period has expired, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
